AS A SALES SUPPORT ANALYST YOU
-
As a business development(BD) team member support growing the sales pipeline by accurate management of company’ database/CRM and generating leads from market research activities
-
Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems
-
Own all market research efforts and manage BD reporting to strengthen business forecasting
-
Take part in content development activities in cooperation with the BD team to maximise impact and results
-
Distribute and administer general inquiries and manage company newsletter
-
Support the preparation and delivery of client events/webinars in cooperation with BD team members (incl. Marketing & Comms)

Support edUcate’s client teams with material preparation and data collection (incl. translations and specific legal items)

Demonstrate knowledge of business development methodologies and/or management consulting industry/market trends in Hungary

Suggest ideas for BD process improvement, based on previous research and data analysis

Maintain a harmonic relationship with co-workers (incl. coaches/trainers/consultants/experts) to support solving issues, creating value and achieving long-term impact

Involvement in the development of edUcate products and services

Adhere to any and all company policies and procedures

Requirements
◾️
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
◾️2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably from the consulting /training/coaching sector(s) and/or in a corporate environment
◾ BS/MS degree in business administration/management or related field
◾ Advanced English is a must
◾Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
◾Business & agile acumen and understanding of how businesses work
◾Strong system thinking, organisational and analytical skills
◾Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
◾️Can-do attitude, result-driven and openness to learn
◾️High personal effectiveness: prioritization of own workload and ownership mindset
◾Strong inter-personal skills (communication, presentation, understanding, listening)
◾Thriving in a constantly-changing, ever evolving environment
Advantages
◾️Experience in/with coaching, training methodologies or agile transformation
◾Advanced knowledge of an additional language (beside Hungarian and English) is a huge advantage
