AS AN AGILE RECRUITER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ARE TO:

+Understand the actual hiring needs of our business by aligning with key management stakeholders

+Enhance our candidate pipeline, mainly for agile coach, consultant and scrum master roles

+ Maintain and grow our flexible expert pool (domestic & international freelancers)

+Use various platforms and techniques to identify and approach suitable candidates in order to build a strong and always up-to-date candidate pipeline

+Keep our master database containing candidate information and hiring process statuses updated, consistent and secure

+Schedule interviews and coordinate the entire recruitment process with each candicate, with ownership mindset and end to end responsibility

+Engage candidates by introducing and discussing our values and our story

+Assess the attitude, knowledge, skills and seniority of each candidate and mapping their interests by conducting the first rounds of interview with the candidates, including the assessment of agile-specific professional knowledge, skills and mindset of the candidate experts

+Prepare for weekly 'hiring sync' with edUcate leadership by maintaining the hiring Kanban board and facilitating the conversation between all internal stakeholders and interviewers based on current priorities

+Provide extensive insights to the decision makers while providing candidates with thoughtful feedback

+Manage relations with our recruitment agency partners and provide insights on priorities, positions and interviewed candidates

+Reach out to, meet and negotiate with our corporate partners regarding finding and allocating agile experts to projects (mainly HR, business line and agile transformation leads). Conduct need-finding discussions with clients

+Organize events, meetups and assessment workshops for our agile experts & candidates with employer branding & talent acquisition focus

+Proactively and independently keep our job posts up-to-date and engaging

+Actively contribute to the development of an innovative recruitment-focused product (validation, scaling)

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

+Full or part-time availability (please state your availability with your application)

+1-2 years of relevant recruitment experience in a fast-paced corporate or start-up environment, including experience with coordinating and conducting high volumes of interviews (international experience is a huge advantage)

+Experience with LinkedIn Boolean Search and building up / maintaining relevant talent pools

+Confidence and experience in project and stakeholder management

+Demonstrated experience in management consulting / organization development is preferred

+A passion for

  • understanding and embracing the set of agile values and principles

  • looking for their realization in practical experiences in candidates’ professional histories

  • maintaining great candidate experience

  • building up a learning team and providing great talents to fulfill our partner engagements

+Great practical and theoretical knowledge of some of the agile frameworks is preferred (not necessary at the beginning, but it’s a huge advantage)

+Strong business acumen and understanding of how businesses work

+A result-driven, can-do attitude and openness to learning

+Entrepreneurial mindset in getting things done and a passion for innovation

+Demonstrated ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team and excel in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment while keeping focus, even with priorities changing

+The ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized manner and adhere to strict deadlines

+Attention to detail, punctuality and great planning skills

+Strong communication skills 

+Hungarian and English language in working proficiency is required (as you will work on international projects too). German and Slavic languages are a plus
