Are a change agent supporting a new or transforming organisation through the change

Are the advocate of agile mindset and processes
◾️
Coach organizations to develop a supportive culture that fosters learning and success
◾️
Ensure the team can work together according to their agile methodology
◾️
Provide coaching, training and mentoring to teams and leaders
◾️
Mitigate external forces and distractions with actively removing impediments to their progression
◾️
Promote self-organization and team spirit inside the Squad, promote continuous improvement, push for the right, not the easy solution
◾️
Develop your skills and knowledge with continuous help from experts and mentors during projects
◾️
Requirements
◾️
Minimum 4 years of experience working with agile methodologies as an agile coach or scrum master
◾️
Experience in scaled agile methodologies, in corporate agile transformations (150+ people)
◾️
Experience in coaching, training methodologies and change management
◾️
IT knowledge is not required but considered as an advantage
◾️
Organisation development expertise is a huge advantage
◾️
Strong soft and communication skills are must-have
◾️
English language in working proficiency is required
◾️
Can-do attitude, result-driven and openness to learn is what we really seek in you
◾️
Scrum Alliance or Scrum.Org certification are an advantage, but experience and expertise is what we really value
